LEAD WATERPROOFING TECHNICIAN
Compensation: $42,000 - $57,000 per year depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, On-site; 40 hrs/ week
Benefits: Paid Time Off, Employer-funded OSHA & Fall Protection training
Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead Waterproofing Technician to join our awesome team in Raleigh! In this hands-on role, you'll:
Lead and execute waterproofing projects on commercial buildings throughout North Carolina.
Conduct site inspections to identify and assess water damage.
Perform repairs using a variety of techniques and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
Experience using a bosun chair, with a solid background in commercial waterproofing, exterior maintenance, or construction
Expertise in waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry standards
Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Comfort with heights and various weather conditions
OSHA certification, safety regulation knowledge, and a valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience:
Caulking, wet glazing, painting, coating, masonry
Commercial Construction
Operating swing stage or boom
Spray applicator knowledge
Aerial lift knowledge
