University Tower | Durham, North Carolina
The repairs on University Tower included a custom overlay spanning 44,000 linear feet (8.3 miles) over the entire gasket and lock strip. The unique shape of the building required a seemingly impossible scaffolding system that was custom designed by HighRise Repair for the project. The University Tower Overlay Project was awarded the SWR Institute’s 2018 Trinity Award for the waterproofing category.
